We’re a profitable real estate acquisitions firm. We source off-market single-family and land deals using data-driven processes. You’ll help keep our data spotless so our acquisitions team can move fast.

Role Snapshot
This is a hands-on data entry role with a real estate focus. You’ll clean, verify, and organize property and owner data, keep our CRM up to date, and support list-building for marketing and outreach.

What You’ll Do
• Enter and update property/owner records in our CRM (names, addresses, APN/Parcel ID, emails, phone numbers).
• Import/export CSV files; format columns, standardize addresses, and apply consistent naming and tags.
• De-duplicate records and maintain list hygiene across multiple sources.
• Verify ownership details via county GIS/assessor sites and other public records.
• Coordinate skip tracing (upload lists, retrieve results, attach to records); validate numbers before pushing to dialers/CRM.
• Use map tools (Google Maps, county GIS, LandVision or similar) to confirm parcels, boundaries, zoning notes, and coordinates.
• Build simple dashboards/filters in Google Sheets/Excel for the acquisitions team.
• Log daily progress, follow checklists/SOPs, and protect confidential data.

Must-Have Qualifications
• 1+ year of real estate data experience (investor/wholesale, acquisitions, title, land, or brokerage back office).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: filtering, sorting, text functions, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic pivot tables, CSV imports.
• CRM data entry experience (Salesforce, Podio, or similar).
• Familiar with core real estate data terms: APN/Parcel ID, owner of record, situs vs. mailing address.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following SOPs with high accuracy.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time mornings.

Nice to Have
• Experience with skip tracing platforms (Batch, BulkVS, Skip Genie) and list “stacking.”
• County GIS/assessor sites, LandVision/Regrid/Parlay familiarity.
• Basic QA of dialer/marketing lists (DNC flags, carrier status, invalids).
• Light automation experience (Zapier) or data-cleanup tools (OpenRefine).
