Seller Fuel (dba Toy Launch) is hiring a motivated Appointment Setter to help us grow our roster of toy and game brands — not just through sales calls, but through meaningful industry conversations.
This role goes beyond traditional appointment setting. You’ll be scheduling a variety of call types, including:
???? Podcast Intro Calls for our show Toy Business Unboxed
???? Strategy Session Calls with potential clients
???? Follow-Up Calls with past leads and referral partners
Our approach is unique — instead of hard selling, we lead with value and connection. Many of our appointments begin as podcast invitations, where we feature toy founders, marketers, and innovators on Toy Business Unboxed. Those conversations often evolve into business relationships and client partnerships.
You’ll be the voice of that first impression — friendly, professional, and curious about the stories behind each brand.

What You’ll Do
Daily Workflow (Full-Time, 8 hours/day):
Outbound Calls & Follow-Up (4 hrs/day)
Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to pre-qualified leads using GoHighLevel CRM.
Follow up through phone, SMS, and
Appointment Booking (2 hrs/day)
Book and confirm a mix of podcast guest invites, strategy sessions, and follow-up calls.
Manage scheduling directly through Jason’s calendar to minimize double-bookings and no-shows.
Lead Nurturing & CRM Management (1 hr/day)
Update all lead notes, status, and communication logs inside GoHighLevel.
Keep pipelines organized and reconnect with previously interested contacts.
Reporting & Collaboration (1 hr/day)
Track daily dials, connections, and booked calls in GoHighLevel.
Share insights, script tweaks, and strategies with Rafael (our other Appointment Setter) to refine what’s working and continuously improve conversions.
How You’ll Work With the Team
You’ll collaborate directly with:
- Jason Hsieh (CEO/Chief Toy Officer) – for messaging alignment and feedback.
- Rafael (Appointment Setter) – for sharing notes, refining scripts, and daily check-ins.
- Catherine (Lead Research & CRM) – for fresh lead lists and data maintenance.
We’ll equip you with:
- Proven call scripts for podcast invites, follow-ups, and strategy sessions.
- GoHighLevel CRM access and integrated VoIP calling system.
- Pre-qualified leads (no manual lead generation required).
- Weekly coaching to refine performance and outreach tone.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of appointment setting, podcast booking, or telemarketing experience (B2B preferred)
- Excellent spoken English — confident, clear, and personable tone
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
- Strong time management and follow-through on tasks
- Organized, persistent, and emotionally resilient (you’ll hear “no” often — and still smile)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the toy and game industry
- Able to work full-time US hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST)
Technical Requirements
- Personal computer (16GB RAM or higher, Ryzen 5 / i5 12th Gen or above)
- Dual monitor setup
- Reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps)
- Noise-cancelling headset and high-quality microphone
- Quiet, professional workspace for outbound calls
