Amazon Virtual Assistant – Product Sourcing & Purchasing

We are hiring a reliable and sharp Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team, with a focus on product sourcing and purchasing through our real-time ---------- monitor.

Advanced Experience in the Amazon Seller Space is required!

This role does not involve manually searching multiple websites for products. Instead, you will be monitoring automated product leads that flow into our private ---------- channels, quickly reviewing and analyzing them based on our established buying criteria, and executing purchases when appropriate.

Because leads can come in at any time, this job requires fast reaction and decision-making, but does not demand constant work throughout your shift. Your main responsibility is to be alert, responsive, and efficient during your scheduled hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor ---------- channels during your shift for incoming product leads

Analyze leads quickly based on our buying criteria (sales volume, ROI, return risk, etc.)

Make purchases using our assigned credit cards, based on fulfillment and source type

Document each purchase using our internal formats

Communicate with the team regarding standout leads, purchasing issues, or questions

Follow all cost structures, shipping rules, and source-specific procedures


Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise SOPs

Fast and accurate decision-making based on data

Reliable internet connection and computer access

Understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM concepts (experience is a plus)

Comfortable working Midnight–8:00 AM PH Time (8 AM–4 PM PST)

Ability to stay responsive even during slower lead periods
