Overview
We’re seeking a reliable Data Entry & Accounts Assistant to help with invoicing, payables, and data management in Google Sheets. Workload varies daily, with flexibility on hours.
Responsibilities
Enter and organize data in Google Sheets
Create and update invoices
Track receivables and manage payables from incoming
Maintain records and communicate with vendors as needed
Requirements
Strong Google Sheets skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting
Clear written communication
Able to work independently
Schedule & Pay
4–5 hours per day (some lighter days)
Flexible schedule
