About the Role

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Creative Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing the creative strategy behind our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, helping us scale efficiently while maintaining brand integrity. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, performance data, and storytelling — perfect for someone who loves creative problem-solving and data-driven growth.

Responsibilities

Develop creative strategies for Meta ads to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

Analyze ad performance data to identify creative insights and optimization opportunities.

Write creative briefs and collaborate with our design and content teams to produce high-performing ad concepts.

Manage creative testing frameworks, ensuring systematic iteration and learnings.

Conduct competitor and trend analysis within the D2C and golf space to inform new creative angles.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all ad assets.

Report on creative performance and share actionable insights with the broader marketing team.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in paid social strategy or creative strategy, ideally with D2C brands.

Proven experience managing and scaling Meta campaigns with strong creative performance.

Deep understanding of ad creative fundamentals — messaging, hooks, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.

Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with data tools (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, etc.).

Excellent communication and briefing skills.
