JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a content system around Leverage Capital Syndicate - an educational and storytelling platform for founders and angel investors.
You’ll work directly with me to coordinate content publishing across YouTube, Substack, LinkedIn, and our podcast.

This is not a writer or researcher role - you’ll be the operations brain of the content system: turning ideas and recordings into final posts, managing editors, maintaining the calendar, and making sure every piece goes live on time.

Ideal Candidate
• Excellent written English - you can edit and adapt texts for a clear, conversational tone (simple, human, smart).
• Strong sense of storytelling - can turn ideas, data, or scripts into narratives people actually want to read.
• Very attentive to detail - you notice inconsistencies and typos before anyone else.
• Can coordinate editors, workflow, and the content plan.
• Confident using tools like Descript, vidIQ, Substack, Notion, Google Sheets, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
• Reliable with deadlines and genuinely interested in startups, investing, and AI.

What You’ll Be Doing
• YouTube operations: cleaning videos in Descript, creating titles & thumbnails via vidIQ and AI tools, uploading and optimizing posts.
• Substack: adapting video scripts into newsletter-style posts using our framework.
• LinkedIn: preparing and publishing posts and carousels based on finished content.
• Podcast: coordinating guests, managing the recording schedule, and ensuring smooth publication.
• Content management: keeping the editorial calendar and deadlines organized.

About the Audience & Tone
Our readers are post-founders, early angels, and investors who value clarity over hype.
The tone is conversational, data-aware, human, and simple enough for a smart 5th grader — short sentences, no corporate buzzwords, light dry humor allowed.

Test Assignment (total 90 min)
To apply, you’ll complete two short tasks that check your text skills and attention to detail:
1. YouTube Title Task - creating and adapting video titles using vidIQ.
2. Substack Adaptation Task - rewriting the same video script into a Substack-style post.

All materials for the test (video script, editorial guidelines, and submission instructions) WILL BE PROVIDED PRIVATELY UPON REQUEST.

ATTENTION: To receive the full description and test materials, message me directly here.
Applications sent without completed test assignments will not be considered.

HOW TO APPLY:
To receive the full test assignment, message me directly here.
Please follow this exact format in your message:
Full Name: [Your First and Last Name]
Why you’re interested in this position (3–5 sentences):
[Write here why this role sounds enjoyable to you and why you think you’d be a good fit.]

Applications that don’t follow this format will not be considered.
Once you message me, I’ll send you the materials for the test assignment (video script, editorial guideline, and instructions).

What Happens Next
• You can request the test assignment until Tuesday, November 4, 8:00 PM CET.
• Test submissions are due by Friday, November 8, 6:00 PM CET.
• After reviewing all submissions, I’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a short 15–20 min call.
