Virtual Assistant for Instagram Outreach & Engagement (Fitness Coaching Niche)

Description:
I run an online fitness coaching business helping people prepare for and perform better in HYROX / ATHX events. I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to support me with Instagram outreach and engagement so I can focus on coaching and client acquisition calls.

Responsibilities:

Follow 50 new niche-specific accounts per day (HYROX / ATHX competitors, followers of relevant pages, and event-related accounts).

Engage with 25 accounts per day (liking posts, leaving meaningful comments, replying to IG stories).

Monitor and flag anyone who responds to my DMs with more than a like (you don’t need to continue the convo — just tag them or note them for me to take over).

Track daily activity in a simple Google Sheet (accounts followed, engaged, flagged).

Requirements:

Must have experience with Instagram (bonus if you’ve done outreach/engagement before).

Strong written English.

Detail-oriented — must follow exact SOPs.

Reliable, consistent, and communicative.

Available to work 1–2 hours per day, 5–6 days per week.
