Vanderbilt Financial Group is looking for a Financial Advisor Support Specialist to play a crucial role in assisting multiple advisors, allowing them to focus on client relationships and business growth. This position provides virtual support to advisors by managing client documentation, handling account maintenance, and ensuring a seamless operational experience. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process new accounts and maintenance paperwork with high accuracy.
Submit, track, and follow up on documentation to ensure timely completion.
Communicate with internal US teams to gather necessary information.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams.
Run reports, conduct research, and support special projects.
Learn and adapt to new technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
