Virtual Assistant for Art Business – Web, E-commerce & Design Focus (Part-Time)
I’m seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow my art business online. This role requires a proactive, organized, and creative person with strong experience in website management, e-commerce, and design for visual arts.
Responsibilities
Website Creation & Management: Build and maintain a professional website showcasing my art portfolio and shop (both original pieces and fine art prints).
Online Store Setup & Operations: Create and manage an online shop, including product listings, payment integration, inventory updates, and order management.
Shipping Coordination: Research and obtain international shipping quotes for both original artworks and printed reproductions.

Email & Communication: Set up and manage branded email accounts; assist in drafting newsletters, promotional emails, and client communications.
Design & Marketing Materials: Create high-quality promotional pieces such as:
Art catalogs & brochures
Calendars
Invitations & postcards
Merchandise concepts (tote bags, mugs, apparel, etc.)
Social Media & Branding Support (optional but preferred): Assist with content scheduling and ensuring visual consistency across platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience in web design (WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify preferred).
Strong skills in graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
Experience with e-commerce and online art sales.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail — I value quality and precision.
A background or strong interest in art, galleries, or creative industries is a big plus.
About the Role
Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately 10–20 hours/week).
Must be committed and reliable, with the ability to deliver projects quickly.
