Someone who:

? Has experience editing YouTube videos in the spiritual/meditation niche with a focus on calming, cinematic visuals
? Understands the spiritual aesthetic—soft transitions, nature footage, calming color grading, gentle motion graphics, and text overlays that enhance the meditative experience
? Can create engaging 10-15 minute videos that maintain viewer retention through thoughtful pacing, visual variety, and emotional storytelling
? Is skilled with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional tools
? Can source or create fitting B-roll footage—sunrises, nature scenes, abstract visuals, peaceful environments that align with our brand
? Knows how to optimize for YouTube—proper formatting, engaging intros/outros, strategic text placements, and retention-focused editing techniques
? Is flexible and collaborative—able to take creative direction while also bringing fresh ideas to enhance the visual storytelling
? Can deliver consistently—we're aiming for 3 videos per week (10-15 minutes each), so reliability and efficiency are essential
? Is interested in long-term collaboration—we're building a library of transformative content and want a dedicated editor to grow with us

We have a monthly budget of €75
We are aiming to launch about 3 video's a week - the video's will be around 10 - 15 minutes long.
