We're seeking a long-term voice over artist (human or AI-assisted) to join our team and bring our meditation, spirituality, and affirmation scripts to life with warmth, authenticity, and emotional depth.?

Someone who:

? Has experience with voice over work OR is highly skilled at creating natural-sounding AI voiceovers using tools like ElevenLabs, Narration Box, or similar platforms?

? Understands the spiritual/meditation niche and can read out the scripts with the right tone—soothing, reflective, warm, and inspirational (not robotic or monotone)?

? Is flexible and collaborative—able to think creatively about pacing, emotion, pauses, and emphasis to ensure the voice feels genuine and engaging?

? Can make AI voices sound truly human—we've worked with AI voices before that felt flat or had awkward emphasis. We need someone who can fine-tune prosody, breathing patterns, and emotional inflection to create an immersive, natural listening experience?

? Delivers high-quality audio that meets YouTube standards and enhances viewer retention?

? Is interested in long-term collaboration—we're building a library of content and want a consistent, recognizable voice for our brand

If we find the right match and are happy with the results, we'll start with a 3-month test trial. Upon successful completion, we'll extend the collaboration to 6 months and beyond for ongoing projects.

We have a monthly budget of €75
We are aiming to launch about 3 video's a week - the video's will be around 10 - 15 minutes long.
