Project Manager (Residential/Commercial Solar - Hawaii)

Work Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday (Hawaii Time)

About Us

We’re a Hawaii-based solar company helping homeowners make the switch to clean energy. Our focus is on quality, communication, and customer experience. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can keep our projects on track , from contract signing to Permission to Operate and make sure every client feels supported through the process.

This isn’t just a coordinator role. We need someone sharp, proactive, and highly organized, someone who can handle multiple moving parts and take ownership of results.

What You’ll Do

Manage residential solar projects in Hawaii from start to finish.
Schedule and coordinate site surveys, installations, inspections, and utility interconnections.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Communicate updates to clients, the operations team, and local partners.
Monitor project compliance with utility, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
Attend weekly operations meetings and report progress.
Keep project data and CRM records (Go High Level) updated at all times.
Work with the Director to streamline processes and improve turnaround time.

Requirements

Strong American English accent ( This is non-negotiable you’ll be talking to U.S.-based clients and agencies).
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
2+ years of project management or operations experience (solar or construction preferred).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs or project management software.
Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
Must be available during Hawaii business hours (8 AM–5 PM HST).

Nice to Have

Experience in U.S. solar permitting, utility coordination, or construction.
Familiarity with Go High Level, ---------- , or similar systems.
Prior experience working with U.S. companies.
