We are hiring an extremely organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage our Vinted Arbitrage E-commerce operation. This is a crucial role focused on volume and efficiency, leveraging advanced AI tools.
This position is perfect for a highly disciplined candidate eager to learn a modern, high-volume e-commerce strategy.
KEY DETAILS:
• Location: 100% Work From Home (Philippines)
• Schedule: Full Time (42 hours/week)
• 7 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Starting Pay (FIXED): $200 USD per month.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES (The AI-Powered Workflow)
Your daily work will follow a strict, automated process focused on listing generation:
1. Niche & Product Research: Use specific search prompts provided by us in Gemini (Google AI) to identify trending product niches. Source these products on major platforms (AliExpress, Temu, Shein).
2. Image Generation (Creative): Take product screenshots and use the Gemini Image Generation tool (Pro account provided) with specific prompts to create unique, high-quality, multi-angle listing images.
3. Listing Content (French):
• Draft titles and descriptions based on provided templates.
• Use an AI Translation Tool (provided by us) to translate content into professional French for the Vinted market.
4. Listing Execution: Post a high volume of complete listings daily on our Vinted account via a secured multi-account browser (Dolphin Anty).
5. Weekly Reporting: Submit a brief report via a Gemini Prompt at the end of each week, detailing hours worked and total listings completed.
