Influencer & Media Outreach Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a proactive outreach specialist to connect with blogs, websites, reviewers, and influencers—building relationships, pitching collaborations, and increasing brand exposure through content mentions and partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and identify blogs, websites, reviewers, and influencers aligned with our brand
Reach out via email, DMs, and occasional calls
Pitch collaboration ideas and negotiate partnerships/product features
Track outreach activity and results in an organized shee
Follow up consistently with professionalism and persistence

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English communication (written and spoken) + strong negotiation skills
Experience in outreach, PR, influencer marketing, or partnerships (preferred)
Able to work independently and meet weekly/monthly goals
Creative, persuasive, and solutions-focused
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections

COMPENSATION:
Base Salary: $150 (~PHP 8,500/month)
Commission: Paid per confirmed collaboration or sale generated
Growth: Performance-based increases and long-term opportunities
