JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
We’re The Urban Geek, a tech accessories brand. We want a pro to create 20 email “flow packs”—welcome, abandonments, post-purchase, winback, etc.—planned, written, designed, and built in Omnisend.

Scope & Deliverables
Strategy: audit current setup; flow map with triggers/filters, delays, and success metrics per flow.
Copy: persuasive, brand-right copy (subject lines, preview text, CTAs).
Design: clean, mobile-first modules; light, tech-savvy aesthetic; editable Figma (preferred) or Canva.
Build (Omnisend): automation splits, segments, product/content blocks, discount logic, conditional content, UTMs, GA4 tracking.
QA: device tests, dark-mode checks, link validation, profile previews.
Handover: flow map, content files, and a short Loom walkthrough.
Target Flows (20 total)
Welcome (multi-step), Product View, Browse Abandon, Cart Abandon, Checkout Abandon, Post-Purchase (1st-time), Post-
Purchase (Repeat/VIP), Cross-Sell/Accessory Attach, Review/UCG, Replenishment, Winback (lapsed), Back-in-Stock, Price-Drop,
New Subscriber Nurture, Birthday, Anniversary, VIP Tier, Sunset/Clean-up, Shipping/Delivery Updates (branded), Returns/Support Follow-up, plus a reusable Seasonal Promo framework.

What “one flow pack” means (quality bar)
3–5 emails per flow (some transactional flows may be shorter)
2–3 subject line variants per email

Segmentation & filters documented (e.g., exclude recent purchasers)
Timing & conditional splits (opened/clicked/purchased)
Clear conversion goal + tracking
Assets: Figma file + Omnisend templates/blocks

Tools & Stack
Omnisend (primary), Shopify, Figma, Google Drive, Loom, GA4.
Must-Have Experience
2+ years building automations for DTC/ecommerce
Strong email copy + modular design
Comfortable with dynamic product feeds, coupons, exclusions, UTMs, conditional content
Portfolio with metrics/screenshots of live flows

Nice-to-Haves
SMS journey coordination (Omnisend)
Basic HTML/CSS for custom blocks
Experience with Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Brevo (not required)
Work Style
Async, proactive updates in WhatsApp/others
Milestone-based delivery with weekly Loom updates
