Job Title Weekly Vlog Editor — Travel & Lifestyle YouTube Channel

We are a travel and lifestyle YouTube channel looking for a reliable long-term vlog editor. This is a consistent, ongoing role — 1 vlog per week, every week.

Communications will be MOST important! More than editing ability. We are looking for someone that will be proactive in updating us without us having to ask.
Responsibilities:

- Edit 4 long-form vlogs per month (1 per week)
- Each vlog is compiled from approximately 1 hour of raw footage per day, shot over 4–7 days (expect 4–7+ hours of total raw footage per video)
- Final video should be under 35 minutes — you will not use most of the footage, and that's expected
- Select the strongest ---------- nts to build a natural, engaging narrative
- Focus on pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention — not just assembling clips
- Clean audio, music selection, and sound mixing
- Add captions and minimal clean text where needed
- Sync voiceover if provided
- Complete each video within 3–5 days of receiving footage

Tools Preferred:
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or LumaFusion
Compensation:
$50 per video / $200 per month
