B2B Lead Generator (LinkedIn, Facebook, Email) – Business Lending – Part-Time / Full-Time – Night Shift

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Growwell Funding is a U.S.-based business lending company that provides equipment financing, working capital, merchant cash advance (MCA), and business loans to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generator who can generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, email outreach, YouTube, and online research.

This is a lead generation and outreach position, not just social media posting.

WORK SCHEDULE (NIGHT SHIFT – PHILIPPINES)
Monday – Friday
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time
(10:00 AM – 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time)

You must be available during these hours.

FULL-TIME / PART-TIME
Part-Time: 4 hours per day
Full-Time: 8 hours per day
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main job is to generate qualified business leads.

Daily tasks:

LinkedIn outreach (50–100 connections per day)
Send outreach messages

Facebook group posting and outreach

Email outreach campaigns
Research business owners in the U.S.
Collect lead information (Name, Business Name, Phone, Email)
Enter leads into Zoho CRM
Update notes and lead status
Weekly lead report
WEEKLY TARGET
Generate 20–50 qualified leads per week

This is a performance-based position.

WHAT IS A QUALIFIED LEAD

A qualified lead is:

A business owner
Located in the United States
Interested in business funding
Provides phone number and/or email
Agrees to be contacted
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)
B2B Lead Generation experience
LinkedIn outreach experience

Facebook lead generation experience

Email outreach experience
CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
Good English
Organized and reliable
Must work night shift (PH time)

Lead lists
LinkedIn outreach stats
Campaign reports
Number of leads generated per week in previous job

This is a performance-based position.
