???? ABOUT THE ROLE

Growwell Funding — a fast-growing U.S.-based equipment financing & business funding company — is hiring a Full-Time Sales Caller / Sales Representative to speak with business owners, restaurant equipment sellers, and inbound financing leads.

Your job is to:

Make outbound calls

Qualify interested business owners

Set appointments

Follow scripts accurately

Update Zoho CRM

Follow a consistent daily routine

You’ll work closely with the CEO and sales team.
There is no closing required — your focus is calling, qualifying, and scheduling.

???? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Call business leads & restaurant equipment sellers

Present simple financing options (scripts provided)

Qualify prospects and confirm interest

Book appointments for the CEO/closers

Send follow-up text messages & emails

Log all interactions inside Zoho CRM

Meet daily call and activity targets

Follow the Growwell Sales Process for consistency

????? REQUIRED TOOL EXPERIENCE

You must have hands-on experience with:

? Outbound calling / call center experience (required)
? CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
? Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)

Preferred but not required:
• ClickUp
• Zapier
• VoIP dialers
• Sales script experience

Applicants without real calling experience will not be reviewed.

???? WAGE / SALARY

Full-Time Base Salary:
$400 – $800 per month

Performance Bonuses:

Appointment-setting bonuses

Monthly consistency bonuses

Team sales bonuses

Salary reviews every 3–6 months

40 hours per week (Full-Time Only)
No part-time positions available.
