About Us
We use n8n to automate key parts of our business — from CRM integrations to data syncing and reporting.
Our setup is already running several workflows, and we’re looking for an experienced n8n specialist who can help us maintain, monitor, and enhance them, while also building new workflows to support upcoming projects.
What You’ll Do
Your main focus will be to:
Review and maintain our existing n8n workflows
Monitor for failed executions or errors and troubleshoot them promptly
Fix, optimize, and improve existing automations for performance and reliability
Collaborate with our team to understand business processes and automation goals
Create new workflows in the future — such as:
Automated
CRM integrations (e.g., SuiteCRM, Stacked CRM, etc.)
Business operations automations (e.g., generating automatic invoices, notifications, reports)
Other integrations to streamline daily operations
Requirements
Proven experience working with n8n (self-hosted or cloud version)
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling
Experience troubleshooting n8n nodes, credentials, and triggers
Familiarity with Docker and self-hosted environments
Basic understanding of databases (SQLite, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with
Background with CRM systems (SuiteCRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Knowledge of server management (SSH, Docker logs, backups)
Familiarity with related tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Python scripting
Working Style
This role is a mix of ongoing maintenance and new automation development.
We’re looking for someone who can:
Regularly check workflows to ensure everything is running smoothly
Respond quickly to automation issues or errors
Build and document new workflows as our needs grow
This is a long-term, part-time engagement, with flexible hours and room to expand responsibilities as new projects arise.
