Tik Tok Social Media Management & Content Creation for Multiple Music Channels

Hello! We’re looking for a reliable, long-term partner to help manage TikTok content for our music brand. This role will be paid either per piece of content posted or at a fixed monthly rate — we’re open to discussing what works best.

Responsibilities

Step 1 — Edit 12-Second TikTok Videos
We’ll provide YouTube links to stock footage. You’ll:

Download clips in bulk

Import them into our editing template

Cut together short 12-second videos with lyrics (provided)

Add one text line from our content sheet

This process is straightforward once you get familiar with the template.

Step 2 — Manage 10–15 TikTok Accounts
You’ll post twice daily (morning and afternoon EST, which is around 8 AM and 8 PM PH time).
We don’t use scheduling apps since manual posting performs better.

You can batch edit all videos 1–2 days in advance and just set reminders for posting on the actual days. You'll need to post from a phone every day. Or if you have a team have someone do this.

Requirements

Experience managing multiple TikTok accounts safely (VPNs, phone numbers, etc.)

Comfortable handling 10–15 accounts consistently

Reliable internet connection and attention to posting times

Located in the Philippines
