Experienced Instagram Social Media Manager (Must Have Scaled Big Accounts)

We’re looking for a top-tier Instagram Social Media Manager with proven experience growing and managing large accounts (30k+ followers and above).
This is not an entry-level position. We only want people who have done this successfully and can show real results.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing and growing multiple IG accounts (niche: AI Influencer)
• Analyzing what works (hooks, formats, timing, trends)
• Collaborating with our content and posting team
• Suggesting and testing new growth strategies

Requirements
• You must have scaled at least 1–2 accounts to 30k+ followers (with proven good engagement)
• You must provide links to accounts you’ve built and currently manage
• You must understand organic growth, shadowban protection, post timing, and content virality
• Excellent written English (for captions and hooks)
• Strong analytical thinking – this is not a copy-paste job
