I'm looking for a creative and experienced YouTube video editor to join our team!
I run an online school for video creators, and since 2014 we’ve been producing educational videos and product reviews about camera gear, accessories, and filmmaking tools.
If you’re passionate about video creation, storytelling, and crafting high-retention edits that keep viewers watching — this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (5–15 min)
- Edit Shorts/Reels for social media
- Create thumbnails
- Upload and schedule content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

What We’re Looking For:
Important: You must be reliable, creative, and proactive — someone who takes pride in their work and strives to make each video better than the last.
- Proven experience in high-retention YouTube editing
- Skilled in both long-form and short-form videos
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of simple motion graphics, SFX, pacing, transitions
- Has an eye for design and can create thumbnails
- Familiar with AI tools is a plus
- A fast and stable internet connection for transferring files
