Graphic Designer/Creative Strategist for FB Creatives

Hello,

I am looking for a killer graphic designer that has experience making creatives for facebook ads. It's for a supplement brand, and we will be creating a lot of concepts.

Requirements:
- Experience in making creatives for Meta Ads specifically
- Familiar with the ---------- update on facebook
- Can come up with ideas from scratch
- Creative and outside of the box thinker
- Can take the initiative in d ---------- what creatives to make based on data

The job will start as part time but quickly transition to full time as we scale.

Furthermore, there is a lot of growth opportunity. You will start as a graphic designer, but if i see you can take initiative in coming up with creative concepts you will later move onto being the creative strategist and will direct the team. This means a higher pay as well.
