YouTube Talents Cold Outreach VA (Full-Time, Remote)

We run multiple YouTube channels and manage a growing network of faceless content brands. We’re constantly hiring new video editors, scriptwriters, and thumbnail designers. We already use automated tools to send thousands of DMs and emails daily: now we need someone to help us find better sources of leads and keep our outreach system running smoothly.

(In simple terms you will be finding social media groups where "video editors" hang out and invite them to work for our YouTube channels using Cold DMs. Sending messages to thousands of people every day)

Your job will be simple:
-> Find new sources of potential hires (Facebook groups, Instagram hashtags, X/Twitter searches etc..)
-> Scrape leads from those sources using automation tools
-> Clean, filter, and organize the data before uploading it to the system
-> Send short cold DM to all of them using automation tool
-> Manually follow up with people who replied, and share with them details
-> Track performance and help us scale what works

Example Workflow:

VA: I found a new Facebook group (with 2k followers) where a lot of YouTube editors hang out.
Me: Nice.
VA: I scraped 1,500 profiles from it (who had opened inbox), cleaned the data, and uploaded to the outreach tool. I also wrote a short new DM for this batch.
Me: Perfect. Let’s test and see which sources perform best.

This Job’s For You If:
-> You know how to use or learn lead generation and scraping tools (to save time)
-> You understand how to find good sources (eg. Facebook group) that have a lot of talented people (eg. Video Editors)
-> You can write or tweak short, human cold DMs
-> You are organized, fast, and consistent
