Senior Amazon Account manager

I am looking for someone that can do an audit of our Amazon account, come up with improvements, build out a strategy for the future and also implement that strategy, potentially also building a team.

We are currently live with 5 products in each European Amazon market and do FBA in Germany only. And are always eager to expand.
We have had some problems with Amazon regulations (invalid tracking number etc.) and would love someone that can tackle these things and pro-actively solve issues while maintaining a focus on growing the business.
