About the Role

We’re looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant who’s passionate about AI, automation, and building systems — someone who loves learning new tools, solving problems, and improving how things run behind the scenes.

You’ll start part-time with 10 hours per week and grow into a full-time, higher-level role as you master our tools and systems.
This is not just a VA role — it’s a chance to become the AI Systems & Operations Lead in a rapidly growing coaching brand.

Your Main Responsibilities

???? AI & Automation Systems

Build and optimize automations using Airtable, Zapier, and ChatGPT.

Research and test new AI tools to improve content creation, client support, and internal operations

Create documentation and SOPs for repeatable workflows


???? Content & Media Support

Assist with the AI Content Engine (repurposing content, formatting posts, podcast transcripts, etc.)

Basic video editing for podcast clips, Reels, and promotional videos.

Bonus if you’ve used Riverside, CapCut, Descript, or similar editing tools

Upload and schedule content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

???? Operations & Support

Assist with client onboarding and backend system improvements

Track performance data using Airtable and Notion

Continuously improve workflows and efficiency across the business


In the Next 6–12 Months, You’ll Help Build:

???? “AI Harrison” — a custom AI that speaks in our founder’s tone and helps manage DMs

???? AI Content Engine — an automated system that writes, organizes, and publishes content

???? AI Client Support System — automations that deliver resources, track progress, and enhance client experience

???? Performance Dashboards — visual Airtable/Notion systems tracking business metrics

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a VA, tech assistant, or operations support

Strong English communication (written & spoken)

Experience with tools like Airtable, Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT (or similar)

Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Riverside, Descript, or similar)

Stable internet and reliable working setup

Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership
