Creative Illustrator Designer for Digital Template Studio (Printables, Planners & Games)

We are a growing digital design studio producing high-quality printable and editable templates for online marketplaces. Our products include planners, journals, worksheets, cards, games, and themed design assets across lifestyle, business, wellness, memorial, and celebration niches.

We’re looking for a Creative Illustrator Designer who has an excellent eye for layout and typography, can structure clean templates in Adobe Illustrator, and enjoys creating consistent, beautiful design work.

Most of our products are instant-download printables (ready to print, no editing required). A smaller portion may include light Canva-editable designs for simple personalization (e.g. invitations or name cards).

Key Responsibilities:

Design printable templates and games in Adobe Illustrator (journals, planners, worksheets, card games, activity sheets, etc.)

Apply approved font and vector combinations (all free for commercial use)

Organize and name files correctly following studio guidelines

Export print-ready templates (AI, PDF, PNG)

Occasionally prepare Canva-editable versions for light personalization items

Maintain consistent visual quality and structure across all projects

Collaborate through shared folders and follow creative direction

You’ll Excel If You:

Have a strong understanding of layout, spacing, and typography

Are confident working with Illustrator and love structured design work

Can manage multiple templates while maintaining accuracy

Are detail-oriented, reliable, and easy to communicate with

Have experience creating printables, planners, or similar layout-based designs
