???? About the Business

I’m Liam Caswell, Nurse Entrepreneur Coach and founder of the NursePreneur Academy (NPA) — a multi-six-figure coaching and education brand helping nurses build, launch, and scale online personal-brand businesses.

We run coaching programs, live launches, evergreen funnels, a podcast, and an engaged Circle community.

I’m creative, fast-moving, and ideas-driven — and I’m looking for a grounded, detail-focused Online Business Manager who brings calm, structure, ideas and follow-through to an already well-designed but evolving ecosystem.

?? The Role

This role blends operations, systems, content management, and gentle executive-function support.

You’ll help turn strategy into repeatable processes and keep everything running smoothly — launches, content, community, and client experience.

Your mission: maintain flow, focus, and follow-through so the business can keep expanding with ease.

???? Finance & Admin
Track invoices, payments, and follow-ups.

Manage affiliate or expert payouts.

???? Content & Brand Management

Manage SOPs (record Looms + update docs).
Coordinate Zapier / Stan Store / ConvertKit / Deadline Funnel connections.
QA all tech before launches (opt-ins, links, pages).
Keep the Tech Stack Map current.

???? Launch & Marketing Support
Oversee pre-launch checklists (sales page, webinar, emails).
Upload & schedule launch content.
Track leads, conversions, and webinar metrics.
Support DM conversations & comment responses (brand tone).
Lead post-launch debriefs + system improvements.

???? Community & Client Experience
Moderate Circle community (posts, replays, events).
Schedule reminders + engagement prompts.
Track client milestones + follow-ups.
Maintain the “Client Journey Map.”

??????? ADHD-Friendly Support Extras
Translate Liam’s Loom brain dumps into actionable ClickUp tasks.
Provide gentle deadline nudges & summaries.
Build dopamine-friendly visual dashboards (progress bars + colour).
Keep a running “Done List” to track wins.
