We’re hiring a proactive, creative, and fast-moving Social Media Manager to help us build a real estate content machine.
We already have more content than we can keep up with — videos, photos, and ideas — and need someone who can turn that library into daily, high-quality posts that drive growth.
Your main focus will be
We’re not looking for part-time help or short-term gigs. We want someone who will grow with us long-term, take ownership of social media, and help lead the creative direction of the brand.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create, edit, and post short-form content (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
2. Design and schedule daily content using Meta Business Suite for
3. Write engaging captions and repurpose existing videos and images into fresh content
4. Maintain consistent posting (10+ posts per day, 7 days a week) and track weekly performance
5. Occasionally design flyers, brochures, and listing materials in Canva
6. Collaborate through Asana (tasks) and

EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand
2. Skilled in Canva and video editing
3. Strong written English for captions and messaging
4. Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Asana, and
5. Available for daily check-ins and core hours: 9 AM–1 PM EST
