Your primary role will be to identify prime construction opportunities before they become common knowledge. We're not just looking for properties for sale; we're looking for projects. The ideal candidate is a master of online research who can dig into public data to find properties that need the expertise of a quality construction firm.

Your Mission:

Identify off-market properties that are ideal for construction projects (e.g., fixer-uppers, distressed homes, vacant properties).

Use online research and public records to find leads such as:

Pre-foreclosures or notices of default

Inheritance or probate properties

Properties with code violations or tax delinquencies

Vacant or absentee-owned homes

MLS listings that have expired or been on the market for an extended time

Analyze property information to gauge its potential for significant renovation or rebuilding.

Compile and manage a clean, organized database of potential leads and projects.

Present your findings clearly, so our team can act on the opportunities you uncover.

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with proven experience in a research-heavy role. Experience in lead generation for U.S. real estate or construction is a major advantage.

A "digital detective" who is skilled at navigating online databases, county records, and other public information sources.

A proactive and independent worker who can take initiative and manage their own time effectively.

Someone with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Strong English communication skills are essential.

You are trustworthy and can handle sensitive information with discretion.
