About the Role

We’re looking for a Front-End Developer (Mid–Junior Level) with a strong focus on UI/UX implementation to join our growing team at Pinecrest Consulting. You’ll work closely with designers and backend engineers to bring clean, modern, and responsive web interfaces to life.

This is an excellent opportunity for developers who are passionate about design, usability, and creating pixel-perfect experiences that balance functionality and aesthetics.

What You’ll Do

Translate design wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-quality web pages and applications.

Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

Maintain and optimize existing frontend codebases for better performance and scalability.

Ensure consistency in design and brand standards across multiple products.

Identify and fix UI/UX bugs and performance issues.

Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas to improve user experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a developer who not only codes well but also understands how users interact with products.

Required Skills:

Solid understanding of React.js or Next.js

Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript

Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks

Good grasp of UI/UX principles and ability to implement design systems accurately

Experience working with REST APIs or GraphQL

Strong attention to detail, especially in spacing, typography, and responsiveness

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Experience with Figma or similar design tools

Familiarity with Git workflows and version control

Exposure to AWS or deployment workflows

Experience in performance optimization and accessibility best practices
