About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer who can design, build, and maintain the pipelines that extract and organize data from multiple business systems - including ERP and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable retrieving raw data from complex environments (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, Salesforce, Pipedrive, e-conomic) and preparing it for business analysis and dashboarding in Power BI or similar tools.

This role will collaborate closely with our Business Operation Analysts, ensuring that clean, structured, and accurate data is available for insights and client presentations.


Responsibilities
Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
Build and maintain automated data pipelines and integrations between systems.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple sources.
Collaborate with Business Operations Analysts to define data models for reporting and dashboarding.
Optimize data processes for scalability and performance.
Maintain clear documentation for data sources, flows, and transformations.



Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or database management.
Proven experience extracting data from ERP and CRM systems.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools (e.g., Python, Power Query, or similar).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and APIs.
Understanding of data warehouse design and data modeling.
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Professional and presentable in virtual meetings with clients.
