Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled SEO Link Builder & Citation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, understands the power of local SEO, and enjoys building high-quality links that improve domain authority and local map rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize citations across directories, data aggregators, and niche-specific platforms.

Perform manual link building (no spammy stuff — only quality, relevant placements).

Conduct backlink audits and identify new linking opportunities.

Track and report on domain authority, citation consistency, and link growth using tools like BrightLocal, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

Submit and maintain listings on platforms such as Yext, BrightLocal, and Local First AZ.

Collaborate with our SEO team to support ranking goals for multiple clients.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in link building, citation management, or local SEO.

Strong understanding of Google’s local ranking factors and link-building best practices.

Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Moz, or equivalent).

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy at scale.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with WordPress, Yext, or ClickUp.

Are familiar with Local Business Schema or structured data.

Have worked with agencies or managed multiple local SEO clients.
