We are looking for a Senior
Someone who takes full ownership of the process, knows how to test, optimize, and win, and treats outreach as a science of conversion.
Your Mission
- You’ll be responsible for the entire cold outreach and CRM pipeline — from market research to booked appointments.
You will:
- Take full control over
- Optimize reply and conversion rates through constant A/B testing, copy iteration, and campaign refinement
- Write and test personalized copy, angles, and offers that drive engagement
- Segment audiences, identify new opportunities, and adjust messaging based on data
- Manage and improve automations using tools like Instantly, Clay, Make, HubSpot/GoHighLevel (advantage)
- Track and report on metrics: open rate, reply rate, conversion rate, and booked calls
- Work independently, set targets, and stay accountable for results
This is not a task-execution role.
This is a lead-generation ownership role — with full accountability for results.
?? Requirements

- Proven experience managing
- Deep understanding of automation tools (Instantly, Clay, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and data-driven mindset — you understand why a campaign works, not just how to send it
- Experience running split tests and multivariate experiments to continuously improve reply and meeting rates
- Fluent in English (writing and communication)
- Organized, independent, and hungry to grow and perform — no babysitting required
- You thrive on ownership and measure success by results, not activity
