We are hiring a highly detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Operations VA to be the core engine behind our multi-platform sales strategy. What You’ll Do
- Product Listings: Create and optimize listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify; conduct SEO and ensure compliance.
- Performance Analytics: Track sales, impressions, conversions; use tools like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10.
- Inventory & Orders: Manage stock levels, ensure accuracy, resolve order issues.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, returns, refunds; monitor reviews and boost satisfaction.
- Platform Expertise: Stay updated on platform changes, manage Storefronts, A+ Content, troubleshoot issues.
- Advertising & Pricing: Analyze trends, set competitive pricing, execute promotions like Lightning Deals.
- Product Launches: Coordinate listing setup, keyword targeting, and post-launch optimization.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and opportunities for new products.
- Process Optimization: Develop SOPs, streamline workflows, implement automation.
- Collaboration: Work with design, logistics, and marketing teams; support strategic goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an E-Commerce VA.
- Experience with full management of Amazon Seller accounts
- Experience with eBay, Shopify, Walmart, and Faire is ideal but not required
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Customer service minded
- Problem-solving skills for open-ended tasks
- A team player who is able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
