We are building a fast-growing fashion dropshipping brand and are hiring ONE Customer Support Representative to join us early and grow with the brand. Read carefully to the end to understand the salary/wage and to have a real chance to get hired!
This role is ONLY for someone who:
Has real experience in:
Fashion Dropshipping customer support
Shopify store support & backend handling
Using support templates & saved replies you already created
A big plus if you also have experience in Shopify product listing, as you may occasionally support that area if our product lister has limited availability or during higher workload periods.
If you don’t have both Fashion AND Shopify support experience, please do not apply.
We are not training from scratch — we want someone who can plug in and operate confidently from day one.
What you must already know & have
Min. 1 year experience in Fashion Dropshipping support
Shopify support operations (order edits, refunds, fulfillment view, tracking checks, tagging, etc.)
You already have support templates & standard replies
Strong written English (brand tone, friendly, calm energy)
Handling fashion-specific tickets:
Sizing / fit questions
Shipping delays & tracking follow-ups
Returns / exchanges / refund policies
Quality concerns & product expectations
Your mindset:
Understands fashion buyer psychology
Problem-solver, not a template robot
Calm, empathetic tone with customers
Proactive — suggests improvements not just tasks
Wants long-term growth, not gig-hopping
Responsibilities:
Handle customer
Manage order lookups, tracking, refunds, exchanges
Use & improve support templates
Maintain customer satisfaction & brand voice
Keep communication organized and professional
Help build internal support structure as we scale
Schedule:
Start: Part-time hourly (low ticket volume at the beginning)
Move to: Full-time fixed salary + bonuses as store scales
We’re hiring early so you can grow into a lead support role, not just “a VA”.
Compensation & Growth Structure
We believe in being transparent and fair from day one.
This role starts part-time and remains primarily part-time even as the business grows — because fashion customer support simply does not require 8 hours/day unless a brand is operating at massive volume.
Starting Rate
$3/hour (paid weekly / bi-weekly)
Guaranteed Minimum During Ramp-Up
During the first 1–2 weeks, ticket volume may still be low.
To respect your time and commitment, you will receive:
Minimum guaranteed $20/week,
even if there are very few or zero tickets.
You will never be asked to stay online unpaid — your availability is compensated.
Growth Plan:
As ticket volume increases, your hours and pay will scale accordingly.
However, please note:
Fashion dropshipping support is realistically a high-responsibility, part-time role, not a constant 8-hour workload.
Even once we grow, typical maximum workload will be around:
~3–4 hours/day
5–6 days/week
(Depending on ticket volume)
If the business reaches a higher scale, the position transitions to a fixed monthly salary based on this realistic work volume — not a fake “full-time” promise.
