Sample SDR Script to Record (Atlanta SMB Outreach)

Goal: spark interest, qualify, and book a 15–20 min meeting with our closer.
Context to reference: T-Mobile business wireless, network performance, backup/satellite connectivity for continuity, potential savings/consolidation.

Openers (choose one):

“Hi [First Name], this is [Your Name] with the T-Mobile business team. Did I catch you with a quick minute?”

“Hi [First Name], [Your Name] here, calling about your company’s wireless lines and backup connectivity. Is now a bad time?”

If they give you a ---------- nt:
“Perfect. I’m reaching out to Atlanta businesses because many are lowering wireless costs, improving 5G coverage/speeds, and adding failover/backup using T-Mobile’s network and satellite-assisted options to keep payment systems, tablets, and field staff online during Internet outages.”

Credibility & Value (10–15 seconds):

“We help SMBs consolidate lines, add hotspot/failover for POS and vehicles, and streamline device management. Most see cost relief or coverage improvements across metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.”

Discovery (2–3 quick questions):

“Which carrier are you using for your business lines today?”

“About how many active lines or devices are you managing right now?”

“Any issues with coverage, speed, or Internet downtime at your location or in the field?”

Positioning (tailor to answers):

If cost-sensitive: “We can usually reduce per-line spend and fees, especially when tethering/hotspots are in use.”

If coverage-sensitive: “We’ll map your addresses and routes on T-Mobile’s network and discuss signal options for warehouses/vehicles.”

If uptime-sensitive: “We can add a backup connection (including satellite-assisted options) so card readers and apps stay online during ISP outages.”

Close for Appointment:
“Let’s do a 15–20 minute walkthrough with my Atlanta rep to review your lines, coverage maps, and pricing scenarios. Does Tuesday at 10:30 AM or 1:30 PM EST work for you? It’s a quick screen-share.”

If they pick a time:
“Great — I’ll send a calendar invite to [email] with a short agenda. You’ll get a reminder an hour before. Thanks, [First Name] — talk soon.”

If they’re busy:
“No problem — what’s a better time tomorrow or Thursday? I’ll hold two options and send a quick invite.”

Common Objections (quick replies):

“We’re happy with our carrier.”
“Totally fair — many were, until we showed a side-by-side on coverage, device credits, and total cost. It’s a 10-minute check; if there’s no advantage, you’ll know fast.”

“No budget right now.”
“Understood — the review often uncovers savings and credits that free up budget. Worth a quick look?”

“Send info first.”
“I’ll include a 1-page summary with the invite. The live review is where we tailor coverage maps and pricing to your locations.”

Voicemail (if no answer, ?20 sec):
“Hi [First Name], [Your Name] with the T-Mobile business team. We help Atlanta SMBs reduce wireless costs and keep POS/tablets online during outages with backup options. I’ll email a 15-minute review link — you can also reach me at [callback number]. Thanks!”

Confirmation Email Snippet (what you’ll send after setting):
Subject: T-Mobile Business Review — [Company] — [Date/Time EST]
Body: “Thanks [First Name]. Attached is a 1-pager. We’ll review lines/devices, coverage at [addresses/routes], and upgrade/credit options. Calendar invite attached.”
