About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone with a strong foundation in finance and accounting who is eager to take on a broad range of responsibilities. You will support the day-to-day financial operations, assist in reporting and analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage bookkeeping tasks including general ledger entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Work with external accountants and auditors to ensure timely filings and compliance.
Provide management with insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure proper use of accounting systems and help streamline financial processes across entities.
Assist with cash flow monitoring, vendor payments, and expense tracking.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in an international environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS or local GAAP).
Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, MS Dynamics, or similar).
Solid experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with financial modeling a plus.
Experience working with auditors, tax authorities, or compliance bodies (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
