JOB OVERVIEW


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Marketing Fulfillment Specialist role. This position is ideal for someone who is systematic, organized, technically skilled, and capable of managing multiple client accounts with consistency and precision.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Successful build and launch of new client Google search campaigns and landing pages within agreed timelines
• Proper setup and optimization of Local Service Ads and Google Business Profiles
• Weekly optimization and reporting for active client accounts
• Consistent improvement in lead volume and cost-per-lead across client campaigns

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Take full ownership of Google Ads setup and optimization for service-based businesses
• Build, manage, and improve Local Service Ad campaigns
• Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles for local SEO performance
• Create and optimize conversion-focused landing pages (templates & no-code tools provided)
• Conduct keyword research, competitive research, and audience targeting
• Set up conversion tracking (calls, forms, events) and monitor lead quality
• Maintain clear account structure, naming, documentation, and reporting inside our systems
• Monitor weekly performance, adjust bids/keywords/ads, and implement ongoing improvements
• Communicate clearly with internal team to ensure campaigns stay on track and clients remain informed
• Follow and improve our SOPs for campaign buildout, reporting, and optimization

Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Ads campaign management (local service markets preferred)
• Familiarity with Local Service Ads and basic Google Business Profile optimization (preferred, not required)
• Ability to build landing pages using drag-and-drop or no-code builders (GHL, we can train)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret performance data and make informed decisions
• Proactive, self-directed, and committed to accuracy and meeting deadlines
