Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative who thrives on helping others and can confidently close deals. You’ll be responsible for handling warm leads, conducting consultations, following up through our CRM (Go High Level), and converting prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone consultations with qualified leads
Follow up with prospects through the Go High Level CRM
Confidently handle objections and close sales
Manage daily call volume and maintain detailed records of client interactions
Work closely with the coaching team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (preferably fitness, wellness, or service-based industries)
Fluent, clear English (no strong accent)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections confidently and build rapport quickly
Experience using Go High Level CRM or similar systems
Reliable internet and quiet workspace for calls
Positive, goal-driven attitude and ability to self-manage
