Project Manager – ClickUp & Operations (Full-Time, Remote, Aligned with US Timezone)
About Us:
Bottomless Labs is a high-performance CRO and landing page optimization agency working with 8–9 figure eCommerce brands. We move fast, operate with precision, and rely heavily on process discipline inside ClickUp to keep projects on track and clients happy.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who can live inside our ClickUp workspace — keeping deadlines accurate, ensuring tasks move forward, and holding the team accountable to deliverables.
What You’ll Do:
Own our ClickUp timelines: Keep all task dates, dependencies, and deliverables accurate and up to date.
Monitor progress daily: Make sure no task or project is falling behind schedule.
Hold the team accountable: Follow up with tea
Ensure communication flow: Confirm that every task has clear next steps, assignees, and due dates.
Track sprint progress: Identify bottlenecks early and communicate them to leadership.
Support PM processes: Help enforce SOPs, update statuses, and document completed work.
Who You Are:
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Experienced with ClickUp (or other project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Notion).
Strong communicator who’s not afraid to follow up and hold people accountable.
Able to work full-time during US business hours (EST).
Comfortable managing timelines across multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment is a big plus.
What Success Looks Like:
All ClickUp tasks are updated daily with accurate due dates and statuses.
No project or task slips through the cracks.
The team is aware of their deadlines and stays on track.
Operations feel organized, predictable, and transparent.
Compensation & Schedule:
Full-time, long-term position
