Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant (Intake Specialist)

We’re a California-based personal injury law firm looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant to help with our client intake process.

Requirements:
-Experience with intake, customer service, or a law firm is a plus — but not required
-speak and write Spanish and English fluently
-great communication and listening skills
-comfortable using a computer and learning new systems

Top Tasks:
-Answer calls and messages from potential clients
-Speak with clients in Spanish to gather case details
-Work closely with our team to make sure every client gets a smooth experience
