# Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Dispositions and Administrative Support)

**Position Title:** Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Dispositions and Administrative Support)
**Department/Cost Center:** Office
**Reports To:** Manager

## Experience (preferred or required):
- 2-4 years of real estate virtual assistant experience required
- Real estate industry knowledge and MLS experience preferred
- Experience supporting real estate teams or agents preferred
- Podio CRM software experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Google Docs/Suite and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required

## Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support disposition activities – actively build and nurture relationships with realtors and agents
- Focus on relationship building with buyers and investors to create long-term partnerships
- Respond to and process incoming leads according to established procedures
- Maintain and update pipeline of prospects in CRM system
- Cultivate and strengthen ongoing relationships with investor/buyer network
- Research and analyze properties on the MLS
- Support price analysis and market research for properties
- Organize and maintain buyer lists by zip code and criteria
- Conduct skip tracing and gather buyer contact information
- Source and identify potential buyers via social media platforms
- Create and manage MailChimp email campaigns for property deals
- Coordinate text message campaigns for new deals
- Send property information to qualified buyer lists
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings for buyers
- Update website with new property listings
- Organize and maintain CRM with accurate buyer information and property details
- Maintain ongoing communication and relationship building with current buyers and agents
- Update and clean buyer database while strengthening personal connections (contact information, buying criteria, relationship notes, etc.)
- Prepare and send contracts and assignment agreements to investors
- Coordinate joint venture agreements with realtors and wholesalers
- Research and add qualified buyers from various sources to database
- Contact buyers within specified radius of new deals
- Identify and add realtors with cash buyer networks
- Handle phone calls, texts, and follow-up communications from lead system
- Maintain consistent daily activity and task completion
- Update CRM daily and track progress on active deals
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in transactions
- Support team operations and help maintain market position
- Attend tea ---------- etings and training sessions as required
- Complete other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

## Position Requirements and Skills:
- Must have real estate virtual assistant experience (with demonstrated competency)
