About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and Web3-savvy Virtual Assistant to help drive Traviso AI’s marketing and community presence. You’ll play a key role in managing our social channels, engaging our early community, and creating viral content that helps Traviso AI stand out in the new world of AI-driven travel and creator monetization.

Responsibilities
* Community Management: Build and nurture our communities on X (Twitter), Telegram, etc. —engage daily, spark conversations, and grow a passionate user base.
* Social Media Growth: Plan and post regular content, track engagement, and experiment with strategies to grow followers and brand awareness.
* Content Creation: Create and schedule posts and threads related to travel, AI, and the creator economy.
* Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for X, TikTok, and Instagram Reels (showcasing travel ideas, AI demos, and creator content).
* Influencer & Creator Coordination: Identify and reach out to travel influencers and Web3 creators for collaborations and partnerships.
* Analytics & Insights: Monitor social performance, community sentiment, and growth metrics—and suggest creative improvements.

Requirements
* Fluent in English, and available during overlapping hours with Pacific or Eastern time zones.
* Experience managing or growing Web3, crypto, or AI-related communities.
* Active on X (Twitter) with a solid personal following (demonstrating your ability to grow and engage audiences).
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
* Deep understanding of online trends and engagement strategies in the crypto / AI / travel space.
* Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have
* Experience with basic graphic design (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
* Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, TweetDeck).
* Interest in AI tools, blockchain, NFTs, or creator monetization models.

Compensation:
- Part-time role (5 hours/week) to start, once individual shows they are capable we will look into increasing
- Monthly salary: $150
- Flexible hours, but must be available for regular syncs with a strategist or founder (GMT+8 to PST overlap preferred)
