A-Player Fashion Dropshipping Media Buyer & Product Lister (Shopify & Meta Ads)

???? About the Role

We’re looking for an A-player with solid experience in Fashion Dropshipping Ecommerce who can create product listings and manage Meta Ads campaigns to test and scale winning products.

You won’t need to do product research — products and collections will already be prepared by our internal team.
Your focus is on listing, launching, and optimizing ads to drive profitable sales.

This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who knows how to take a ready product and make it perform.

???? Responsibilities
• Upload and list fashion dropshipping products on Shopify (titles, descriptions, pricing, and images ready to go)
• Ensure listings are optimized for conversion (clean layout, strong copy, upsells if needed)
• Set up, manage, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Analyze ad data and make clear, actionable decisions based on performance
• Test different ad angles and creatives (UGC, lifestyle visuals, emotional hooks, outfit showcases)
• Communicate consistently with the team and report key results

?? Requirements
• Experience with Fashion Dropshipping (not general ecom)
• Proven results with Meta Ads Manager — from testing to scaling
• Understands key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how to act on them
• Shopify experience (creating and optimizing product listings)
• Eye for visuals and aesthetics — understands what sells in fashion
• Excellent English communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and available full-time
• Looking for a long-term collaboration

• Experience briefing or editing UGC / fashion-style creatives
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel tracking
• Understanding of fashion audience targeting and lookalikes
