Real Estate Media Admin + Creative Assistant (Full-Time – INDIVIDUAL ONLY, No Agencies)

About Us:
We’re Clear Lens Real Estate Photography, a U.S.-based real estate media company located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
We provide professional photo, video, drone, and marketing content for real estate agents, designers, and short-term rental owners.
We’re looking for a dedicated, long-term virtual assistant to help manage our daily admin workflow and assist with creative social media content.
This is a solo position (no agencies) — we want one talented individual to become part of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Tasks:
Manage job orders and scheduling in Aryeo
Organize files and uploads via Dropbox
Track project progress and deadlines in Trello
Communicate with editors and tea ---------- mbers via Slack
Ensure all projects are delivered accurately and on time
Quality Control
Data Entry

Creative Tasks:
Create short-form content (Reels, posts, stories) using Canva and CapCut
Add branding, text overlays, and engaging captions
Write social media captions and hashtags for Clear Lens and select clients
Maintain consistent, high-quality visual style
Assist with posting and scheduling content

Tools We Use:
Aryeo • Trello • Dropbox • Slack • Canva • CapCut
(Bonus skills: Lightroom or Photoshop)

Requirements:
Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
Strong organization and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and fast upload speeds
Available during partial U.S. Central Time (CST) hours
Comfortable with both admin and creative work
Must work independently — no outsourcing or agencies

Schedule & Compensation:
Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
