The Appointment Setter/ Intro Scheduler is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound and inbound calls, introducing Compass Retirement’s services, and scheduling initial consultations with qualified leads. You’ll play a key role in growing our client base and ensuring smooth handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Appointment Scheduling
??Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Compass Retirement’s services.
??Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries about retirement planning.
??Maintain an efficient call schedule to meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
2. Lead Qualification & Outreach
??Identify and contact potential clients who would benefit from our financial planning services.
??Perform initial qualification to ensure prospects meet suitability criteria.
??Use effective questioning to understand client goals and assess interest levels.
3. Data Entry & Record Keeping
??Log all call details, appointment outcomes, and client info into the CRM system.
??Track daily and weekly metrics, including call volume and appointments booked.
??Maintain accurate and organized client records for seamless handoff to the Operations Team.
4. Team Collaboration
??Provide detailed client information and notes when transferring qualified leads.
??Participate in tea
??Stay informed about company updates, services, and promotions to communicate effectively with clients.
5. Client Engagement
??Create a positive and professional first impression of Compass Retirement.
??Answer basic questions about our approach to retirement planning.
??Foster trust and interest in scheduling consultations through a client-first communication style.
