Product Batch Record Supervisor (VA)

Compensation: $800 - $1750 monthly
Employment terms: Contract employment, 40 hours per week.

Role & Responsibilities:
? The Product Batch Record Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s product batch record issuance and release process. This includes but is not limited to completing batch record reviews for a variety of product types, creating and submitting reports that summarize what was found during the batch record review process, managing the performance of a small team of other VAs that assist with the process, and anything else that is needed to ensure that the process runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a role within the QA/QC department, the Product Batch Record Supervisor role is expected to have an exceptionally high attention to detail, be capable of processing large volumes of assigned batch record review tasks within their scheduled shift, and be comfortable overseeing, managing, and correcting the work of other VAs as needed to ensure that the overall process runs efficiently and without errors.

Primary Duties (including, but not limited to):
? Overseeing all aspects of the company’s Product Batch Issuance & Release program:
- Overseeing and managing the performance of the QA/QC VA team that is responsible for processing all WKRs and digitally filing all paperwork received from the BHO, SHO, and Packaging departments.
- Completing reviews of all paperwork and photos received as part of the product batch records, providing your digital signature to approve/reject release of all product batches for Sales.
- Completing mass balancing and yield reporting for each PBR on C15 prior to release, providing mass balancing/yield reports on each project’s associated ClickUp task. o Leading and completing investigations for I ---------- Reports and other Quality Events as needed to document any quality issues identified during the product batch record reviews, including but not limited to issues identified with product quality or safety, yield or loss, intake or PO variance, etc.
