**Program Execution**

- Manage the full operational lifecycle of affiliates, collaborators, and micro-influencers — from outreach and onboarding to content tracking and performance reporting.
- Respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions across social platforms to drive engagement and community growth.
- Execute giveaways, challenges, and collaborations to increase reach, engagement, and follower acquisition.
- Issue affiliate codes (via BixGrow), track redemptions, and maintain up-to-date logs of shipments, payments, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate distribution of product for influencers and affiliates, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.

**Systems & Process Support**

- Maintain and update affiliate/influencer management systems (e.g., Refersion, AspireIQ, Grin, BixGrowmanual tracker sheets).
- Ensure proper tagging, tracking links, and campaign setup for each partner.
- Support process documentation, dashboards, and weekly performance updates for internal reporting.
- Help automate communication, product requests, and status tracking using shared tools (Notion, Asana, HubSpot, etc.).

**Community Engagement**

- Actively monitor brand social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.) to respond quickly and on-brand.
- Identify and categorize potential affiliates, micro-influencers, and collaborators who align with brand values and aesthetics.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat collaborators and engaged community members.
- Surface trends, high-performing content, and audience feedback to the core marketing team for insight.

**Ongoing Management**

- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, conversions, influencer ROI, and affiliate sales performance.
- Manage small campaigns, discount code rollouts, and giveaways end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Maintain updated records of all collaborators, including contracts, content status, and communication logs.
- Ensure all influencer content and collaborations adhere to brand guidelines and timelines.

**Qualifications**

- 2–4 years of experience in social media community management, influencer coordination, or affiliate operations.
- Excellent written English and communication skills; ability to mirror brand tone in replies and outreach.
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Comfortable with fast-moving startups, multitasking, and managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, AspireIQ, Refersion, or equivalent tracking systems.
