GoHighLevel Automation Specialist (Full-Time Remote)

Position Overview

We are hiring a GoHighLevel (GHL) + Zapier Automation Specialist to help us build, automate, and support our client systems.

You will work live with us every day on ---------- screen-share so we can collaborate in real time.

Month 1 — Full Setup Phase-- Compensation: $500 CAD for Month 1

Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM EST (Toronto Time)
5 days per week
4.5 hours per day
Includes two 15-minute breaks

Main responsibilities:
-Setting up new Agency from scratch & GHL sub-accounts
-Creating funnels, websites & landing pages
-Building workflows, triggers, automations
-Setting up email/SMS sequences
-Calendar, pipeline & CRM configuration
-Connecting domains, SMTP, phone numbers
-Zapier integrations (multi-step automations)
-Chat widget installation
-Complete system testing & troubleshooting
-Maintaining existing client accounts

Work is done live with ---------- screen-share ON at all times.

Month 2 & Onward — Ongoing Support -- Compensation: $250 CAD / month
Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:15 PM EST (3 hours daily) one 15 min break included
5 days per week
Active ---------- screen-share required


Duties include:
-Maintaining client accounts
-Updating funnels & automations
-Fixing errors & technical issues
-Setting up new sub-accounts
-Supporting system improvements
-other VA activities as needed

Requirements
-Solid GoHighLevel experience (sub-accounts, workflows, triggers, funnels, calendars)
-Strong Zapier skills (filters, paths, multi-step zaps, Webhooks is a bonus)
-Must work EST TORONTO hours
-Comfortable working live on ---------- with screen-share ON
-Reliable internet + computer
-Strong communication and attention to detail
-Website building
-Canva or basic design skills
-AI chatbot setup
-Voice AI integration experience
-API / webhook knowledge
